SEPT 28 07

Well school is still going good i have a test monday and another test tuesday. Today i went to my mom's house and did some laundry because our dryer doesn't get hot any more and i just haven't called to get it fixed for the last 3 weeks i have just been hanging the clothes all through the house lol.

i feel like a hefer and i have noticed myself being bipolar and i think it is just because i get so uncomfortable with this ball belly and im always tired because i can never sleep. I always feel like the house is a mess and it hurts my belly and back to clean it like i want to bc i am usually a clean freak!

My mom and i figured we are going to do the baby shower Oct. 20th. So i have been ordering things here and there to get ready and been adding things to my baby registry like crazy i am so excited it seems like i have been pregnant for years! i really hope that my grandma and all my aunts and cousins go because i dont even remember the last time they came to bakersfield and that would be awesome, maybe they could all suprise that would mean the world to me!!

i guess thats the update for now i think i will put new pictures up soon too because i feel like i grow by the hour!

Well i haven't been on this blogger thing in a long while, just dont hae the time with school and always studying or doing homework. i have a few new pictures of the tum tum to put up today.

Everthing has been going fine with the baby... getting big! The dr told me that all my test results came back healthy and the weight that i have gained is just right. She has been breach for the last 3 weeks but the dr said that she could move right before, but if not then ill be getting a c-section probably. ANND forget trying to get comfortable at night! it just doesnt work for me no matter how many pillows i have or blankets to shove under my belly!

Everything is also going really well in school. Im getting really good grades!! Every month at this school is like a semester and i got an A on all 3 Vocabulary tests and A's on 3 tests and i pretty much did the best on the final... got 171 questions right out of 175. Teacher said it was the best she has ever had on a final!

August 10 07

Well yesterday was my actual birthday even though the whole month of August is my birthday. i went to my mom and dads in the afternoon and mom and i went to get a spa pedi and to go look at some houses. Marcus came to town and had din din with us. I think i gained 20 more pounds last night!

21 weeks on Saturday!

So, today was my regular OB appt. at 10:15 this morning. I walked in the office and there was no one in the office so i was like yeah! this will go by quick i am the only one today! I was called in the office within five minutes and in walked the Dr. but it wasnt my Dr. it was his Nurse practicioner(?) :) ( im like my dad i dont spell.) I had a weird look on my face i guess because she explained herself and that they traded days from here on out and that she would be taking care of me today.

Well im glad it happened this way because I made her my own Dr. my damn self! I think i love her already! She told me more things in this visit than my normal Dr. has ever told me and i told her that and she said that she will be ale to see me through all of my prenatal! I told her well then i make you my new Dr. THANK GOD FOR WOMAN! She measured baby's bones (skull, hips, leg bones and arm bones.) something Sharma has Never done! She asked me if he had ever sent me to get this test done ( the one where they check for down syndrome and spinal problems and whatever else.) i said no and she said WHAT? i said i have never had any type of test at all. So she sent me to the lab even though i am this far along. The bad thing is it can still come back as a false positive which is something i freak out about constantly because im not equipped to haddle things that are physically wrong. She measured and weighed the baby ( not even 1 pound yet but almost) She also felt on my stomach to see the growth (he never did that either) On my paper work he even had the dates down wrong she said. She made my new due date December 17th (Marcus's AND Chester's Birthday!) I wish i would have known about her ass A LONG time ago she is wonderful...and i dont even know her name! haha.

She did take me off of work and put me on disability until 6 weeks after delivery. I asked her to let me work full time again and she said that i would be better off just not working because my varicose veins are so bad. i feel like an old man because i have to wear support hose now to keep my veins from popping out of my Vagina and legs and they dont feel that good either. By the way ill clean your house for money! So i can have some money!

I dont care what anyone else thinks about names but most names are "common" to me so the names we are picking from are now Kayona or Kayoni with the middle name of Marie. Most people say isnt that a black name? NO ITS NOT BECAUSE I WOULDNT DO THAT TO MY KID! Or i get what was the name again? I dont care if others dont like the names, i most likely dont like any name that they were to pick out, or them.

July 11th 2007

So im never drinking V-8 again. Obviously the baby didnt like it on Monday and i ended up throwing up soo much at work...thank god i made it to the bathroom because it was pretty nasty looking. Other than that i feel fine. Took some new belly pictures last night. they are at almost 18 weeks (this Saturday.) I will have those up soon though when i can get on my e-mail.

i took the kitties to the vet yesterday to get their kitty shots and be dewormed and get flea killer put on them. YEAH...we dont talk about the price... Anyways they are doing good. Alfie is 10 weeks and weighs not even 2 pounds. and Ollie is 8 weeks and does not even weigh a pound, she is .8 so she is still tiny. She is so small that the vet said that she cant even get her baby shots yet. She also said that when Marcus took her in the first time that she was so infested with fleas that it stunted her growth for now, but she is expected to be a big cat.

Anyways here are some new pictures of Ollie and Alfie and also Scamper who still isnt used to having new kitties in the house.

names...

I have finally named my kitty. I told Marcus he could name the boy and ill name the girl. He named the Orange one Alfred or "Alfie" and the girl's name is "Ollie." Here is a picture of Ollie sleeping with her cow. Here is Alfie... not looking at the camera.
When we woke up this morning they were laying together in a towel.
So while i was writing this blog Alfie jumped from the bed to the back of my shirt( yeah claws out too...) and then climbed on to the top of my head and now he is sitting on my shoulder like a bird.....sometimes eating my hair or trying to bite my ear off.So now that the cats are named, it is time to start thinking about some girl names for the baby.
i dont want anything common at all but i dont want something that is just too weird and people are like...what the hell were you thinking when you named that kid?

The sex of the baby is....

Well yesterday i went to the dr. and i told him before he started the ultrasound that if he could tell what the sex is dont tell me and to have a nurse write it down on a piece of paper and put it in an envelope because Marcus wanted to find out at the same time i did and he is gone for the week at work. So hes not suppsed to be home until Saturday night, buuuut he called me and 4 o clock this morning and said i want you to get out of bed right now and go open the envelope and i said are you sure i thought we were supposed to wait to open it together... but i guess he couldnt wait. So im out in the kitchen at 4AM opening an envelope butt ass naked to find out that we are having a baby girl!!! here are some ultrasound pictures and belly shots...ill be 17 weeks tomorrow...it goes by soo fast!

kittens...

Yesterday I took the two grey kittens to the pound because i couldnt find anyone to take them in. An orange one went to Dean and Nancy, the next door neighbors, and we are left with the baby and an orange kitty.

We adopted...

We adopted six kittens that someone dumped in our complex. I was driving to my work last night to get my schedule and i looked over and there was a box and in front of it was a tiny grey kitten. So I drove (way to fast) back to the apartment to get some gloves bc the grey one didnt look too good. So Marcus and I drove back to where the cats were and i flipped the box over and there was six of them all together. So i brought them in the house and looked at them and put them in the bathroom. The grey one didnt make it over the night and the black one is also sick but she slept with me all night and i got up and fed her every couple of hours. The two just looked like they hadnt been fed. They are all from different litters i think becasue they are all different kinds of cats and they dont all look the same age. Obviously someone didnt want a bunch of Tom cats because thats what they all are besides the little black and white girl. She doesnt eat very well and looks like shes the youngest and so i have to force feed her with a bottle. The rest of them, 2 tabby and 2 tiger kittens are just fine. They run around the house and attck each other and last night they drove me nuts! scratching at the bathroom door all night. Thank god they know how to shit in the litter box!!!! They had some fleas but not the bad. So i went to my work and got some flea bath and later on sent Marcus back to get some other flea killer but most of them came off in the bath which they did not like at all!!!

June 12 2007

So today I went to the Doc, it wasn't my normal appointment, that is not until the 28th. I went because at work my feet KILL me even after standing for 30 minutes. I was told that it might be a circulation problem and that I need to see my Dr. I also have really bad headaches so where I cant get out of bed and it hurts to open my eyes. Marcus goes to work at 3am and gets me a wet towl to wrap around my head and most of the time that doesn't even work. I also get really bad back pain from standing at work and lately i have been getting these weird sharp pains in my stomach and i wanted to make sure that everything was ok.

Everything turned out ok Dr. Sharma said to take 6 tylonols a day(2 morning 2 lunch and 2 for dinner) for all the pain. He also said that he will probably have to take me out of work and put me on disability in 10 weeks because my feet are so bad, if i can handle it for that much longer. He said that the pain in my stomach is just from the baby growing and that that is normal. He did do another ultrasound and said that baby is growing just fine and that it is still too early to find if we are having a boy or a girl. I go back on the 28th of this month so MAYBE we can tell then but i dont know yet.

Marcus and I bet also.
He says its going to be a girl.
I say it is going to be a boy.
and there is $50.00 on it so far lol.

So here is my ultrasound pictures. I have been feeling alot better lately not too much of the feeling like I am going to barf all over the place anymore, just pretty tired feel like can sleep anywhere I am. My Ultrasound was on the 31st at 3:15 the Dr. said that everything was going good. Marcus is sure it's a boy ( the toes where the weiner...) :) Hopefully next time we will know, Doc said its just a little too early to know. The bottom ultrasound pic is the best.

2nd Dr's Visit.

Well today I had my Dr's appt. at 2:30 so we finally got to see something on the ultrasound and find out exactly how far along I am. I got to listen to the heart beat and see it beat. THEY BEAT SOOO FAST!

WE ARE SOO EXCITED!

I am eight weeks and five days as of today.

BiG fAt MaMa!

Well here I go I am finally starting this whole blogging thing. Well not long that long ago I found out I was pregnant and I'm so excited! My Fiance is probably more excited than I am! So I didn't start my period and I was a couple days late and a couple more and then I was a month late so I decided that I would take a test and it said positive so I knew I needed to go to the docter. So I got a list of OBGYN docters from my insurance company and started calling and all of them were booked until the end of June or they just would not take me because their contract was going to be up with my Insurance Co. anyways. I knew that I needed to be seen soon. so I got the name of this other docter from this other pregnant girl and he was the last docter I called and the only one that would take me and my Insurance without me waiting a couple months to be seen!! I was scheduled a couple days later on a Thursday. Dr Sharma did an Ultrasound and said that I must have just gotten pregnant because he didnt see anything yet. Hopefully my next ultrasound on May 3rd I will get to see my baby for the first time!

So I was pretty much scared shitless to tell my mom to her face so I told her on her blogger thing, I juss told her that she was a soon to be happy grandparent! And telling my dad...shoot I figured I better tell him and run in the other direction, but I figured I couldn't hide it for that long. I decided to make it like a joke and print out a pie chart and in one part put 98% other people and 2% Carli and the title was the effecteveness of birth control and at the bottom it said congradulations grandpa! They were all covered up by a piece of paper and tape so that he could peel them off one by one( so that i would have time to get up and run haha!) He turned and looked at me and said your pregnant? i said yes. he said is this a good thing? i said yes. he said well if youre happy the so am i. So that was a Huge weight lifted off my shoulders and now im really happy.
